The Bishop Masereka Christian Foundation (US) helps those suffering from HIV/AIDS, and the orphaned children of the victims of HIV/AIDS. While we pray that HIV/AIDS will be cured one day, today we are focusing on the comfort, hope and a chance for a better life for those in the Kasese region of Uganda suffering from the ravages of HIV/AIDS. 

Contributions for 2007 reached $180,000. Heartfelt thanks to all the Dioceses, parishes, organizations, families, and individuals who helped.  Special thanks to those who helped make Bishop Masereka and wife Stella's visit to the United States a success.
